I normally don't get all excited about e-mails I get because I get so many questionable e-mails. I received one recently that had me interested and I thought I'd check it out and see if it was valid. On checking I found the story true so I thought I would relate it here.
This disturbs me a lot, because there is not much I can do about it, it is in the hands of the Supreme Court. I don't know who I could write or call to try to influence. The Supreme Court is to hear the case in the fall. The Supreme Court that will most likely have one Sonia Sotomayor as a jurist.
I just wonder if they decide to uphold the 9th Circuit ruling and the Mojave Desert Memorial Cross has to be removed are they going to have to remove all the crosses from Arlington next?
I have a word for the fella that brought this case....If you don't like the memorial then don't do there!

Thanks for posting our video and helping spread the word about this important case. Should we lose, all memorials with religious imagery that sit on federal land will be at risk. We need to spread the word and we need more people who live by your 9 principles! Thanks again.
