Colorado Stimulus Czar

It looks as though that Governor Ritter has hired a "Stimulus Czar". This guy was hired for 150 grand a year just to figure out how to spend money. Why do we need this position? Couldn't we just give a credit card to a teenager for an afternoon? It would work about the same way.

The other stuff you don't hear about which is possibly happening; is the hiring of secretaries and other "staffers" to help Czar Elliman with his job. I could have swore we already hired someone to manage the fiscal responsibilities of the State, his name was Ritter, I think.

I think the smartest thing our new Stimulus Czar could do is type up a letter to the Congress and the President stating how we do not want the stimulus money in Colorado, then fire himself, the whole job could be done in an afternoon.

Side note: I thought that the Obama Stimulus Fund was already being spent and we were almost out of this recession, at least that's what I heard on the the evening news.
