Attention Colorado's Third Congressional District!

The health care reform bill has been introduced into the House of Representatives. The bill is 1,000 pages before they add another few hundred more pages of amendments, that are designed to buy the votes of some Democratic congressmen on the fence about the plan.

This is radical reform that will end up costing us huge sums of money and leaving us with sub-standard health care. If you though that dealing with a private insurance company was a pain in the butt, just wait until you have to "ask" the federal government if you are worthy of that operation or other medical procedure. Have you been to a Government office lately?

Quite frankly I haven't read the whole bill and parts I have read are difficult to understand. But our Congressmen and Senators haven't read it ether, so don't worry everything will be OK huh?

Our Representative in the third congressional district, John Salazar, is what they call a "blue dog Democrat". A blue dog Democrat usually votes like a Democrat on social issues, but when it comes to financial issues they are more conservative.

It has been said that the only way this bill can be defeated is the Blue Dog Democrats vote with the Republicans. So this is your chance, people of the Colorado #3. Your chance to stop the insanity of this Health care bill that they are slamming down our throats with little or no debate.

Contact John Salazar and tell him what you think of this bill, your vote counts now more than ever. Don't let the Congress bankrupt our nation and leave us beholden the the Government for our medicine.
