I am an Evil Conservative, Get Over it!

Lately I've told by politicians and other liberals that I was a Nazi, AstroTurf (don't know what that means, I guess I'm green), part of an angry mob, un-American, a redneck that clings to my gun and Bible (by the way this is not an insult), racist, hate filled, Neo-con, evil-monger, environment trasher, tea-bagger, and warmonger, just to name a few. Oh yeah, I can't for get the most recent one by the President that I was all "we-we'd up" (I guess that means I wet the bed or something).

Evidently if you disagree with a certain ideology then you get to be called names. I thought that with a liberal Congress and President the name calling would come to an end, knowing that they are the ones that have all the power in Washington D.C., and the Republicans couldn't even slow down a bill if they wanted. But the name calling goes on and on. I guess if you do not have a valid point or if you feel threatened then you just whip out some crude name to call the opposition.

I actually used to be real mad about all the name calling, what I have come to realize though is if some politician or other liberal calls me a name, that is OK. They have rights too. I am a grown adult with big shoulders and have a strong back, I can handle being called whatever you want to call me. Liberals out there just better realize that I am an American too, with Constitutional rights such as speech and assembly, so I can and will disagree with you every way I know how.

Then in 2010, you will hear my voice in the form of the ballot, and I am not alone. You may have to get grips on the fact that not everybody agrees on everything, and calling them names will not make them change their minds it will only fuel the firestorm against you.

There were 45,000,000 people that did not agree with the policies that liberals proposed at the start of this administration. With your current alienation of large portions of the population all I can say is be afraid, be very afraid. I think that if you continue with your insulting of the American people; the 2010 congressional election will look like 1994 and the 2012 Presidential election will will look similar to 1980. My small word of advice for my liberal Democrat friends is; start listening to the people and I mean all the people even us rednecks in "fly-over" states. Because we know in our great country we don't have to get our guns and start a revolution, to overthrow a government that has gone astray, all we have to do is vote and we will vote.
