This amendment to Colorado's Constitution states the term "person" shall apply to every human being from the beginning of the biological development of that human being. So essentially you have the right to life and be not aborted.
I am a pro-life guy, to me it is a simple choice. The opposite of pro life to me is anti-life or death (one of the reasons I am not to fond of the death penalty either, but that discussion is for another time). I don't believe we as humans need to be making those choices. Those choices should be left to God.
There is the argument about health of the mother, rape, and incest and how the family will not have a "choice" to abort the baby in those cases. Less than 1% of abortions are because of those reasons. The answer to me simple if God wants a baby to be born, he makes one we do not.
For me and my family we will be to voting YES on Amendment 62.
