Happy Birthday U.S. Navy!

Bookmark and Share

On October 13, 1775 the United States Navy was established. The U.S Congress established the U.S Navy, deciding to outfit two sailing ships with guns.

Sailors have served and died all over this globe for your freedom, if you know a sailor let them know today.  There were two members of my family that were members of the Navy. My brother which crossed the "Line of Death" near Libya and my father-in-law who was a Senior Chief and was in the Navy for 23 years. To them and all the sailors everywhere, Thank you and Happy Birthday!

(I apologize for missing the actual date by a day)
